National Honor Society

This is the cream of the crop in terms of academic excellence at Michigan Collegiate High School. All students must have a 3.3 gpa or better, along with servicing the community in a variety of different ways. Students are eligible for membership after the first semester of their 10th grade school year. Membership is determined by the staff at Michigan Collegiate. We offer this program to our middle school students as well with the National Junior Honor Society. All requirements are the same as the high school program.

High School Student Council

Any student can run for student council at Michigan Collegiate as they are elected by their peers. This group meets weekly at school and puts on a variety of school fundraisers. This group is also in charge of all planning for the homecoming dance.

Wanye State C2 Pipeline

STEM based afterschool program run by the staff from Wayne State University. This program offers a variety of resources for our students to engage interests in Robotics, College and Finance, empowerment improv, Nutrition, along with Crime Scene Investigation.

E-Sports Gaming Club MS/HS

Competitive video gaming club competing against other schools in a variety of games. Encourages teamwork, school pride and competitive nature for our students that have an interest in competing in video games.
